PACAP ASSISTANCE
PACAP ASSISTANCE: Cecilio Bernal, president of Candabong Farmers Association, is congratulated by Dodong Escobido, private secretary and representative of Anda Mayor Paulino Amper, during the handover of a check amounting to Php 13,000 from the Philippine Australia Community Assistance Program (PACAP) held last March 29. The check was given to the Association by Nestor Pestelos (second from right), President of the Bohol Local Development Foundation (BLDF), which implements the Community-Managed Eco-Tourism Project (COMET) funded by PACAP. The assistance will enable the association to produce and sell mongo seeds as part of its livelihood activities.
