Loon is one of the 17 pilot municipalities that did their poverty survey last 2004. According to Tony Irving, BLDF IT Consultant, the PDMS Software is greatly enhanced in terms of features and stability. It is now very flexible and accommodate some additional indicators.
The survey questionnaire will be customized to include items on livestock, agriculture, fisheries and dog rabies.
Training for the field interviewers is scheduled on December 4 to 7, 2007. The survey is expected to be completed within two months.
